In addition, we provide practical DOT compliance and transportation support services grounded in real world trucking experience.

Superior is owned and operated by Thomas, who brings over 29 years of combined labor, trucking, service, and management experience across the Oil & Gas, Mechanical, Agricultural, Transportation, and Construction industries. His background is rooted in real, hands on fieldwork not management from behind a desk.

Thomas has spent nearly three decades as a professional truck driver, holding Hazardous Materials (HazMat), Tanker, and Doubles/Triples endorsements, and operating across a wide range of commercial equipment and environments. This firsthand experience gives Superior a deep, working understanding of DOT regulations, driver responsibilities, equipment requirements, and real-life compliance challenges faced by owner-operators and fleets.

His experience extends beyond driving into directing crews, coordinating jobsite logistics, operating heavy equipment and pump trucks, overseeing on location operations, and managing equipment, tools, and materials from start to finish. He has also overseen maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Superior’s DOT services are built on this real-world knowledge and may include support with compliance documentation, driver qualification guidance, equipment and safety readiness, operational best practices, audit preparedness, Drug and Alcohol Policy and Compliance (DER), and ELD compliance all while focused on practical solutions that work in the field, not just on paper.

Thomas is customer focused and safety driven, believing that clear communication, honest expectations, and safe work practices are just as important as strong materials and solid craftsmanship. In addition to operations and compliance, he brings years of sales experience, allowing Superior to guide customers through material selection, product purchasing, and cost-effective solutions that fit both operational needs and budgets.
